We’re Laura and Laura (aka Lou), the mother-daughter duo behind Melt Auburn. What started as a shared dream of working together has blossomed into a reality we’re so proud of. Over two years of planning, hard work, and determination went into making Melt more than just a restaurant – it’s a place where community and comfort come together.

Opening Melt Auburn has been an incredible journey, and we’re beyond grateful for the support we’ve received from this amazing community. We’re passionate about creating a warm, inviting space where friends and family can gather over delicious food, share laughs, and make memories.
